Lighting study

On the bus i did a study of my face from the reflection in the window. I practiced and thought about the way light falls on forms and that it makes the problem of light and shadow alot easier when the form is though of as primitive 3d forms such as spheres cylinders and cubes. This is because the light patterns are alot easier to predict. What i learnt from this study is that the line on the forehead should either be alot lighter or not there because it really cuts through and damages the highlight.
